Rights You have the right to inspect, the right to rectification, the right to submit a complaint through the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the right to transfer and the right to stop us using data. For this you can contact us by e-mail or telephone. You can only exercise these rights via e-mail. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make a copy of your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to this request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. We would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
